Zack Port is a personal injury attorney and partner at Betz & Port, P.A., where he helps individuals and families navigate the difficult aftermath of serious injuries and collisions. Zack believes that good legal representation is not just about results in a courtroom or settlement negotiation, but about guiding people through a confusing and stressful season of life with honesty, responsiveness, and compassion.
Zack began working with Jim Betz in 2017 and officially joined the firm as partner in 2022 after graduating from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Working closely alongside Jim over the years helped shape Zack’s approach to advocacy, client relationships, and trial preparation.
Today, Zack works with clients through every phase of their case, from intake through litigation and trial. He especially enjoys developing case strategy, preparing cases for litigation, and helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Zack is active within the Minnesota Association for Justice, where he helps organize and teach continuing legal education programs focused on litigation and trial skills.
Outside of the office, Zack is deeply involved at Vertical Church, where he mentors and serves in leadership capacities. He enjoys spending time with his wife Chloe and their children, traveling, reading, and playing bass guitar.
