With over four decades of experience in personal injury litigation, Bob Christensen is one of Minnesota’s most respected legal advocates. As former founder of Robert P. Christensen, P.A., Bob has spent his career representing injured individuals in high-stakes, high-impact cases—with a particular focus on ethical advocacy, courtroom excellence, and client-centered service. Now joining Betz & Port as Of Counsel, Bob brings his unmatched depth of experience to select litigation matters while mentoring the next generation of trial attorneys. His long-standing collaboration with Jim Betz—spanning over 20 years and a shared history at Dunkley, Bennett & Christensen, makes this association a natural next chapter. Bob is passionate in Counseling and Advocacy for the causes of people seeking justice, a voice, insight or solutions, giving them hope, guidance and the tools to meet their challenges. When not preparing for trial or consulting on strategy, Bob enjoys time with his wife, Cindy, in the southwest metro area. He continues to serve the broader legal community through his involvement with the Minnesota Association for Justice and invited membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a perennial Super Lawyer. He is also a recipient of the Minnesota Association for Justice Lifetime Achievement Award. He enjoys time with family events and vacations, golf, all Minnesota professional sports, grandkids hockey, soccer, basketball, and baseball games and gymnastics competitions.
