Alex Zeiss is a first year associate at the firm. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she was a member of the Swim and Dive team and remains a dedicated Badger fan.
She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2025. During law school, Alex especially enjoyed Trial Advocacy, where she was able to strengthen and practice her courtroom skills. She also participated in the Street Law program, teaching younger students about different areas of the law each week. Alex believes it is important to help younger generations understand the law, not only to build awareness of their rights and responsibilities but also to encourage them to see new opportunities for their future.
Alex has always been drawn to helping people during difficult times. From a young age, she felt a calling to personal injury law because of the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. For her, the most meaningful part of the work is connecting with clients, listening to their stories, and being there for them during some of their hardest moments, not only as their attorney but also as a source of support.
Alex cares deeply about building genuine relationships with her clients and believes that trust is the foundation of those connections. She works to earn that trust through clear communication, careful listening, and by guiding clients through each step of the legal process. Alex strives to be thorough and dependable, always committed to standing up for her clients and pursuing the outcomes that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. One of her favorite places is the Lake Harriet Bandshell, where she loves going for walks and stays for the live music or movie nights. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and although she does not have a pet yet, she is pretty sure it is only a matter of time before she brings one home.
